Senior Business Analyst / Analyst-Tester

Business Analyst We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to support the documentation and transformation of mission-critical legacy applications. You will capture business needs, translate them into functional and non-functional requirements, and support testing and validation activities. Mandatory Qualifications 10+ years of business analysis experience, including: Leading requirement elicitation with SMEs Creating user stories and personas Facilitating UAT and testing efforts Leading configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement efforts Desirable Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience PMI-PBA or equivalent business analysis certification Six Sigma certification(s) Strong leadership and stakeholder facilitation skills Lume Consulting Group
