VP, Instant Portfolio Success

Position Summary Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead end-to-end instant game development, ensuring seamless transition from concept through production. Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Account Services, Game Creation, Creative and Innovation teams in support of Americas Instant Products operations and portfolio objectives. Partner with cross functional teams to advance technology integration, operational efficiencies, and process controls. Develop and execute enterprise-level instant product and portfolio strategies to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen competitive positioning. Define and champion the long-term vision for the instant product portfolio, aligning innovation initiatives with market trends, customer insights, and corporate objectives. Partner with Analytics and Insights team to monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and sustain long-term strategic initiatives. Leverage market research and consumer insights to identify unmet customer needs and drive product innovation opportunities. Direct product advancement and innovation initiatives, prioritizing investments based on ROI, market demand, and strategic value. Lead the successful launch and lifecycle management of new instant products, ensuring effective market penetration and sustained portfolio performance. Drive execution of strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs supporting instant product growth and operational excellence. Oversee portfolio financial performance, including KPI tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting for key stakeholders. Partner with sales teams on monthly and quarterly instant forecasting, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and actionable business insights (risks & opportunities). Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, portfolio management, operations, or strategic leadership roles. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across multiple business functions. Demonstrated success developing and executing product portfolio strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Strong financial and analytical acumen, including forecasting, KPI management, and executive-level reporting. Experience managing complex projects and product lifecycles from concept through launch and ongoing portfolio management. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives. Experience leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and product innovation. DESIRED: Experience within the lottery, gaming, consumer products, or highly regulated industries. Experience leading innovation, product advancement, or transformation initiatives. Knowledge of instant product development, portfolio optimization, and go-to-market strategies. Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams to drive business performance and operational efficiencies. Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer insight analysis. Experience supporting technology integration and process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
