About the Role
The Company is seeking a People Success Business Partner at the AVP level to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a tactical executor, and a collaborative partner with a focus on enabling company growth. This role is pivotal in developing and executing HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and inclusion. The AVP will be responsible for leading complex, company-wide HR initiatives, and will be expected to operate with broader enterprise influence, providing strategic counsel to executives. Key responsibilities include leading organizational change initiatives, coaching and mentoring leaders, and ensuring the company's HR practices are competitive and compliant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in all aspects of HR, including talent management, and a desire to thrive in a high-accountability environment. Candidates for the AVP, People Success Partner role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR experience, with a focus on leading complex HR initiatives and advising senior leaders. The role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong employment law knowledge, and the ability to think and act holistically to create value for the business. The AVP will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's or MBA in HR or a related field, and relevant HR certifications. Experience in coaching, leading change management, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships are essential.
