Compensation:

• Starting pay for our Delivery Drivers is $34.00 per hour.
• On average, our Drivers earn $45.44 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload items using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
• Manage collections and payments from customers when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly throughout each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in adverse weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandatory.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in food and/or beverage delivery is required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred and may be necessary in certain locations.
• Must be proficient in reading and communicating in English, capable of engaging in conversations, understanding traffic signs, responding to official inquiries, and completing reports.

Note: Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a requirement set by the Department of Transportation. All drivers must register in this secure online database, which provides real-time information regarding drug and alcohol program violations for CDL and CLP holders.

Compensation Details:

Compensation is influenced by relevant experience, education, specific skills, job function, geographic location, and other applicable factors. The training base rate is $34 per hour, transitioning to component pay based on miles, cases, and stops after training.
