This is a great opportunity to grow your career in reproductive medicine while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.What You'll DoAssist with daily embryology procedures, including preparation of media and lab equipment, egg retrieval, sperm preparation, IVF/ICSI procedures, embryo grading, and gamete and embryo freezing and thawing.Monitor and document embryo development, maintaining aseptic technique and strict adherence to lab protocols and quality standards.Maintain accurate patient and laboratory data in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and lab logs for clinical and regulatory purposes.Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory, and participate in specimen ship-in and ship-out procedures.What We're Looking ForBachelor's or master's degree in a related field.Experience in reproductive physiology with a focus in embryology is a plus.BenefitsMedical & dental insurance15 vacation/PTO days7 paid holidays401(k) profit sharing planScheduleThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
