Navarino Property Management is seeking a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to join our multifamily property team.
We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work, can troubleshoot independently, and understands the importance of keeping residents’ homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
What You’ll Do
- Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building issues .
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready work, including repairs, painting, cleaning, and installations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance areas.
- Coordinate with vendors and communicate effectively with residents and the property management team.
- Maintain accurate work-order and service records.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation , including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of multifamily, apartment, residential, or related maintenance experience preferred
- Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
- Apartment turn/make-ready experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of multiple maintenance trades
- Ability to prioritize work orders and work independently
- Dependable, professional, and service-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to safely perform physical maintenance duties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation , if required by the property
