Travel Surgical Technologist
American Traveler seeks an experienced Operating Room RN with recent specialty experience to work in a high-volume inpatient surgical unit.
Inpatient surgical unit staffed 24/7 handling 28-55 cases per day.
Service lines include Ortho, Neuro, Urology, General, and Thoracic surgery.
Facility utilizes 3 XI Robots for General, Urology, and Thoracic cases.
10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, with schedule varying between 7a-5p.
Deferred schedule type.
Active RN license required if applicable.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in OR/Surgery specialty.
AHA BLS certification required.
AHA ACLS certification required.
Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility.
Returning staff who previously worked as permanent employees must have a 2-year break before returning as travelers.
RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after offer acceptance.
First-time travelers may be considered.
