- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to drive meaningful patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation , and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals

- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license eligible in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program
