In this role, you'll take ownership of fire sprinkler and fire protection projects from initiation through closeout, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry experts, support the development of high-performing project teams, and make a meaningful impact on projects that enhance life safety and protect the built environment.What You'll Do:Manage fire sprinkler and fire protection projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectivesDevelop project scopes, schedules, work plans, budgets, and task assignments in collaboration with technical team membersMaintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, project update, and issue resolutionManage project controls and documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, extra work authorizations, project submissions, approvals, and recordsLead project progress meetings and collaborate with technical staff, field personnel subcontractors, and stakeholders to support efficient project deliveryMonitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, cash flow, subcontractor billings, and paymentsConduct field visits and inspections to verify quality, project progress, and compliance with applicable standards and requirementsEnsure project compliance with NFPA requirements, OSHA regulations, and fire and life safety standardsWhat You Bring:High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years of fire sprinkler experience required, including 2 years of project management experienceWorking knowledge of fire protection systems, construction practices, and project delivery methodsFamiliarity with NFPA code requirements and OSHA safety standards requiredAbility to independently manage multiple projects while balancing priorities, scope, schedules, budgets, documentation, and client expectationsKnowledge of design software (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, Revit) preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and other project management software required; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint preferredDemonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across clients, subcontractors, field staff, and internal teams to support successful project executionValid driver's license required with the ability to travel as neededNICET certification or relevant field experience preferred; project management certification a plusWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead impactful fire protection projects that help safeguard people, facilities, and essential operationsWork alongside experienced fire protection professionals on a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, and industrial projectsExpand your project management expertise through hands-on involvement in project execution, client engagement, and business operationsCurious about the innovative work our Fire Protection Services team is delivering?
