Ihre Aufgaben: Entwicklung von Maschinen und deren Teilsysteme im Bereich Additive Manufacturing (PBF-LB/M) Eigenständige Organisation und Leitung technischer Projekte Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Projektzielen hinsichtlich Termine, Qualität und Kosten Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von internen Abläufen (PEP, Änderungsmanagement) Externe Lieferumfänge spezifizieren und gemeinsam mit Entwicklungspartnern erarbeiten sowie die zugehörige Dokumentation sicherstellen Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungskonzepten Unterstützung bei Risikobeurteilungen / CE-Dokumentationen Komponenten und Bauteile auslegen sowie das Team mit fachlicher Expertise unterstützen Qualifikationen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue Themengebiete Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung technischer Produkte und Maschinen Eigeninitiative und Lösungskompetenz bei technischen Herausforderungen Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft sowie eine sorgfältige, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit SolidWorks Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Additive Manufacturing und MRL/MVO sind wünschenswert Erfahrungen in der Automatisierung von Anlagen sind von Vorteil Kurtz Ersa ist ein global agierender Maschinenbauer, gegründet 1779 und inhabergeführt in siebter Generation.
