The administrative assistant provides office coordination and ensures the smooth operation of daily business.
- Answering the telephone
- Assisting in accounting activities
- Compiling call runs
- Averaging sales
- Tracking closing ratios
- Tracking agreement renewals
Minimum requirements include typing skills, knowledge of office programs, filing and organization, faxing, shipping, and other administrative duties.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
