About the Position: Lead Associate We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Lead Associate. As a vital part of our team, the Lead Associate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts on a part-time basis. This role combines customer service, contract fulfillment, and relationship-driven sales while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
