WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen, leading with passion and precision. You'll:

• Oversee the creation of mouthwatering dishes, ensuring every order is prepared quickly, accurately, and to our high standards.
• Craft schedules and manage labor budgets to keep the kitchen humming efficiently.
• Maintain sparkling clean equipment and storage areas, ensuring top-notch safety and sanitation.
• Mentor your team, boosting morale, resolving issues, and helping each member shine.
• Keep stock levels on point, rotating products and maintaining quality.
• Communicate special requests and upcoming events to keep everyone in the loop.
• Tackle weekly cleaning projects and closing checklists like a pro.
• Dive into other tasks as needed, bringing your leadership to every challenge.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll directly manage the Dining Kitchen team, steering the ship with confidence. From hiring and training to performance reviews and problem-solving, you'll shape a cohesive unit that delivers excellence, all while following Stancato's policies and applicable laws.

• A college certificate, 2-4 years of kitchen experience, or a killer combo of both.
