Position Overview

• Reason for Opening: Temporary coverage for an employee who is injured and unable to enter tickets.

Role Responsibilities

• Enter and update tickets in Jira.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Keep pace with the team's workload and ticket demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional demeanor and communication.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Jira is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Must be comfortable working onsite and keeping up with a demanding workload.
