- Nivel de satisfacción del cliente
- Participación en comunidad (eventos, competencias)

- Evaluaciones semestrales de desempeño
- Certificación CrossFit Level 1 (mínimo)
- Experiencia previa como coach o entrenador (preferido)
- Alta energía, liderazgo y habilidades de comunicación
- Mentalidad de crecimiento y aprendizaje continuo
- Membresía gratuita para ti y un familiar
- Acceso a desarrollo profesional y certificaciones
- Oportunidad de crecimiento a roles como Head Coach o Fitness Director
