• MD, DO, or MBBS from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Active Alabama medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive compensation package with partnership option after year three./
