We are seeking a growth-minded Sales Development Associate to join our wealth management firm.

\n

\n

Role Description The Sales Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting outreach via phone, email, and digital channels, and scheduling introductory meetings for senior advisors. The associate will manage and update lead lists and CRM records, follow up on inbound inquiries, and nurture relationships through consistent, professional communication. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with advisors to understand target markets, preparing basic sales materials, and supporting business development initiatives and events. The role requires working closely with the team to ensure seamless handoffs, maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, and uphold the firm’s high standards of client experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and develop new client opportunities.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to conduct effective outreach, handle objections, and foster trust with prospective clients.
\n
• Candidates should possess Business Development skills to support growth initiatives, build relationships, and contribute to the firm’s market presence.
\n
• Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services sales is beneficial.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM and basic office software are expected.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment within the Omaha Metropolitan Area.
