Production Technician Associate

Production Technician Associate CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Technician Associate candidates in the Sandston, VA area. As a Production Technician Associate, you will assemble trailer components and sub-assemblies, as well as perform quality inspections of components and sub-assemblies. Responsibilities: Identify and perform repetitive assembly of various trailer component parts using blueprints or work instructions. Safely use measuring and inspection instruments. Operate various power and hand tools in a safe manner. Work with a variety of materials, including steel, sheet metal, aluminum, solvents, oils, and abrasives. Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and quality standards. Ability to pass a urinalysis and background check. Organize parts and equipment to maximize efficiency within the department. Desired Background/Skills: High level of technical skills and assembling techniques. Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and follow job orders and work procedures. Ability to perform work in a manufacturing environment. One year of previous experience in manufacturing or troubleshooting. High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience. Two years of experience with a proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environment. Strong communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate with and support team members. Ability to remain engaged, productive, and adaptable in a changing work environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
