Currently, we need an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Monday through Thursdays 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-1pm. We Offer:

• Pay Based on Experience.
• Pay Range: $33 - $35/hr.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience: 1 Year Experience preferred, happy to train the right candidate!
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Self Motivated, Punctual, Team Player.
• Open Dental Experience Preferred.
• Proficiency in dental assistant terminology and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures.
• Perform expanded functions including restorative procedures, coronal polishing, and sealant placement.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient visits.
• Provide chairside assistance and support to the dental team.
• Take and develop dental radiographs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care.

License:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• CPR Certification.
• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and X-ray Certification (Required) in Ohio.
