Production Process and Quality Co-op (Spring 2027)

This position will be a combination of small individual projects as well as shadowing current Quality Engineers and Process Engineers.The qualified co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:Daily creation of 24-hour morning reports and continuous improvement of reporting.Daily attendance in dimensional and quality follow-up meetings.Shadowing current Quality Engineers and Process Engineers.Concept, design and construction of ergonomic and process improvement tools.Time studies for production process changes and feasibility reporting.Qualifications: BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.Knowledge of quality tools preferred (PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis), data analysis and statistical calculations)Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.THE WORK TERM DATES ARE January 11th – May 14th, 2027.Must be an enrolled student during all three rotations.
