What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every customer who contacts our agency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and coverage explanations
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy updates accurately
• Review customer accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection when appropriate
• Build lasting relationships through proactive follow-up and excellent communication
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Support customer retention through exceptional service and follow-up
• Stay current on agency procedures and insurance products through ongoing training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Insurance, banking, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
