Location Columbus, MS, 39702,United States Employee Type Reg Full Time- Non-Exempt Description The duties and responsibilities of the Receptionist include providing a welcoming atmosphere of warmth, caring and concern for residents, families and visitors on a daily basis; primary duties include answering the phone, entering work orders and basic clerical duties as assigned according to Methodist Senior Services policies and procedures. Requirements Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred or currently pursuing Minimum Qualifications Must meet minimum age requirements of the State of Mississippi; must have minimum 10th grade education or comparable work experience and work-related education; good knowledge of the English language; ability to type 45 wpm or more with accuracy; ability to operate office machines, such as: computer, calculator, copy machine, multi-line telephone, fax, etc.; must be able to perform skills as learned through continuous on-the-job training.
