Enterprise Integrations Engineer

Salary: $125,000 - 165,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a B.S. in Computer Science, an equivalent qualification, or comparable years of professional experience.
• We need 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• We require 6+ years of Workday experience, including Workday Integration/Studio certification.
• We need 5+ years of experience building Oracle Integration Cloud components such as integrations, adapters, Visual Builder, B2B, Business Insights, File Server, Process Cloud, and API gateway.
• We require 5+ years of experience developing PL/SQL packages and stored procedures, including performance tuning.
• We need 3+ years of experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
• We require strong programming skills in XML, JSON, XSLT 3.0, and Java.
• We need hands-on experience with integration architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
• We require experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, third-party APIs, and multiple data transformation techniques.
• We need experience working in Agile teams.
• We require DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• We need a solid understanding of enterprise security frameworks and data security across Oracle Cloud SaaS, OCI applications, and Workday systems.
• We require excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and accurately.
• We need strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

• We develop, configure, test, orchestrate, and deploy complex integrations across Workday, Oracle Cloud Integration, Boomi, and related platforms.
• We build integrations between Workday HCM, Oracle ERP, cloud SaaS applications, on-premises systems, and third-party providers.
• We design and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, RaaS, EIB, complex calculated fields, custom reports, web services, and security frameworks.
• We manage integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and Absence processes, including specialized Workday integration patterns and reporting.
• We create and support Oracle Integration Cloud solutions for ERP Finance modules, using adapters, orchestration patterns, PL/SQL, BIP reports, OTBI dashboards, VBCS pages, and PCS-driven approvals.
• We develop, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Boomi integrations, including connectors, maps, error handling, alerting, and performance optimization.
• We translate business requirements into technical specifications and keep delivery aligned to scope, schedule, priorities, and business goals.
• We contribute to proof-of-concepts, demos, post-deployment support, and cross-team integration initiatives.
• We collaborate with internal and external technical experts, as well as DevOps teams, to implement CI/CD and monitoring solutions.
• We help define and apply best practices for application integration and services development.
