• One+ years of Business-to-Business (B2B) client or customer service experience working in a Corporate setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities to effectively balance multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to rapidly absorb new product knowledge and process information to meet diverse client needs.
