RN Supervisor

Position: RN Supervisor – Part-Time (3 PM – 11 PM / 11 PM – 7 AM) Location: Long Beach, New York Shift: Part-Time (Evening & Overnight) Salary: $55/hour Overview Park Avenue Extended Care is seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality care for residents during evening and overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, including orientation and ongoing training. Oversee implementation of resident care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and Unit Manager. Review daily patient conditions, occurrence reports, and handle medical emergencies. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare nursing care statistics.
