Key Responsibilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct thorough inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions. Repair: Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective repair strategies. Replace or repair defective components, ensuring minimal disruption to client comfort. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to high-end clients, addressing their unique HVAC needs with professionalism and courtesy. Educate clients on system operation, maintenance practices, and energy efficiency options. Installation: Install HVAC components in residential and commercial properties according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Ensure all installations comply with national and local building codes and safety regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients for future work. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Training: Participate in training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC technology preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair and/or relevant trade experience. Valid Texas TDLR Air Conditioning Technician Registration and EPA 608 Universal certification. Valid Texas Drivers License and a Clean Driving Record. Skills Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
