Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Required Skills/Experience: - Adult ICU and NICU experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - PICU experience preferred.

Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Previous Sanford Health employment must be disclosed; prior Sanford clinicians must have an end date at least 6 months before submission. Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating shifts or straight nights. - Every other weekend and holiday. - No on-call.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
