As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care while serving as a critical member of the healthcare team. Responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient experiences

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact state eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Red Cross BLS certification upon hire
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience preferred

Specialty Certifications:

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• ACLS required
• CCRN preferred
• Emergency Department (ED)
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• TNCC required
• ENPC preferred
• Medical/Surgical & Orthopedics
• ACLS preferred and may be required within designated timeframe
• Neuro
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification preferred
• ACLS preferred
• Wound Care
• Wound Care Certification (WCC) or equivalent highly preferred
• Surgery / Procedural Services
• ACLS required
• Moderate Sedation competency required as applicable

Compensation:

• Staff RN $31.25 - $46.88/hour
• PRN RN $35.00 - $45.00/hour
• Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$7.00/hour
• Weekends: +$2.00/hour
• Additional compensation opportunities may be available through Float Pool and Internal Contract positions.
