Injection Mold Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We're looking for a sharp Injection Mold Supervisor to master machine parameters, eliminate scrap, and coach a dynamic shift team. If you’ve got a passion for flawless cycle times, scientific molding, and driving continuous improvement, we want you on our team.

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

As an Injection Molding Supervisor , you will direct shop-floor operations in the injection molding department to drive performance across Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets. You will lead a shift team of technicians, machine operators, and material handlers, ensuring high-efficiency output while maintaining compliance.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
