Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.

Licensure

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required.
