Tenemos una emocionante oportunidad para unirnos a nuestro equipo como Enfermera de Telesalud. Esta posición inicialmente será completamente presencial en Boynton Beach, FL durante el entrenamiento. Después de la exitosa capacitación, esta posición será 50% presencial y 50% de trabajo desde casa. El candidato exitoso realiza responsabilidades de atención al paciente remoto con énfasis en la toma de decisiones. Proporciona una atención competente, segura y compasiva basada en los estándares establecidos de atención al paciente de NYUHC y los estándares de enfermería y políticas del programa. Como miembro del equipo de atención médica interdisciplinario, colabora con el proveedor y el sitio local para implementar un plan de atención centrado en el paciente integral para lograr los resultados esperados; utiliza principios de asignación y delegación consistentes con la Ley de Práctica de Enfermería del Estado de NY. La posición de Enfermera de Telesalud en NYU Langone Health en Boynton Beach, Florida implica proporcionar educación telefónica al paciente, documentar las interacciones entre el proveedor y el paciente, y comunicarse eficazmente con el grupo de sitios locales, el personal o los proveedores por teléfono o medios electrónicos. El rol requiere fuertes habilidades informáticas, dominio de Registros Médicos Electrónicos (preferiblemente Epic), excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y la capacidad de comunicarse eficazmente por teléfono y electrónicamente. Las habilidades bilingües en español o ruso/griego y la experiencia en manejo de atención telefónica son calificaciones preferidas. Determinar el manejo adecuado o la derivación de mensajes no urgentes según las pautas establecidas o de acuerdo con un juicio sólido. Evaluar los mensajes para situaciones o necesidades urgentes, y contactar al paciente telefónicamente para una evaluación adicional y derivación al sitio local o servicios de emergencia/cuidado urgente según corresponda.
