This role involves spending the majority of your time in the field, traveling to local appointments in a company‑provided vehicle, building relationships and creating positive customer experiences. Your day-to-day schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season from April through October. Responsibilities Travel to client sites to assess roofing conditions and provide comprehensive evaluations. Present and explain repair or replacement options to homeowners. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to create positive experiences. Follow company procedures for insuring customer safety and quality standards. Attend training sessions and stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge. Qualifications Comfortable working independently and meeting new people. Willingness to climb ladders and work at heights. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Successful completion of a background check and pre‑employment drug screen. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
