Responsibilities Clinical Scope: Full-time outpatient care with a volume of approximately 30 patients per day. Skill Set: Comfortable performing “UC basics” such as suturing, casting, splinting, and minor procedures (e.g., toenail removal). Provide independent patient care and work with a diverse patient panel. Qualifications Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or ED FastTrack setting. Confidence: Comfortable working independently and managing a varied patient panel. Open to high-achieving new graduates with a strong emergency or urgent care background. Required: Registered Nurse license.
