AI Software Test Engineer Location: East Peoria, IL. Job Summary As a Software Testing Lead, you will be responsible for testing software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. In this role, you will lead a team of software testers and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. What You Will Do Design, develop, and test software systems according to client specifications. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Manage project timelines and deliverables. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. What You Have Proficiency in System Integration Testing (SIT). Experience with software development methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Good to have: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience with performance testing and load testing tools. Top Candidates Will Also Have A minimum of 5 years of experience in System Integration Testing (SIT). Additional Information Preferred locations include East Peoria, IL; Irving, TX; Nashville, TN. Role may require up to 10% travel.
