Detail‑oriented with thoughtful decision‑making. Disciplined to maintain licenses via mandatory continuing education. Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines. Proficient with technical systems such as Encompass. Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues. Ability to maintain and grow network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners. Bilingual is a valuable asset.
