$75,000 – $120,000+ per year (Top installers earn more)

Lead and complete full bathroom remodel installations
Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented finishes
Manage the job site and keep projects moving efficiently
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes

Strong background in:
- Bathroom remodeling
- Carpentry / trim work
- Tile / plumbing experience (big plus)
Lead installer mentality – takes ownership of the job
Clean, professional, customer-first attitude
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to pass background & drug screening
