Pay: $41-$47/hour DOE, approximately $85,000-$98,000 annualized
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-7:30 PM

Job Highlights
- Track assemblies, components and work orders throughout production
- Monitor daily priorities and identify schedule risks or bottlenecks
- Escalate material shortages, quality holds, tooling and documentation issues
- Lead production-review meetings and communicate priorities
- Coordinate recovery plans when production falls behind
- Track schedule attainment, WIP, throughput and on-time completion
- Maintain work-order and production-data accuracy within ERP/MRP and MES systems
- Analyze production data to improve forecasting and schedule reliability
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or a related field
- Two or more years of production planning, production control, manufacturing, supply chain or industrial engineering experience
- ERP/MRP experience and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working directly on a manufacturing floor
- Strong urgency, ownership and cross-functional communication
- Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience preferred
- U.S. citizenship and security-clearance eligibility required
