Contracting & Procurement Associate Director HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Contracting & Procurement Associate Director to fill an opening in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.Daily Responsibilities for Contracting & Procurement Associate DirectorLead contract negotiation, procurement strategies, and supplier management activities to support organizational goals and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions. Oversee the review, execution, and compliance of contracts while managing risk and maintaining adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives, optimize vendor performance, and improve procurement processes and efficiencies. Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PMRequired Qualifications for Contracting & Procurement Associate Director3+ years of progressive experience in developing market-leading category management and sourcing strategies and leading complex strategic sourcing projects in cross-functional team environment. 3+ years of experience benchmarking, constructing, and negotiating complex master agreements and statements of work. High impact individual with demonstrated ability to succeed in a high demand multi-tasking environment. Preferred Qualifications for Contracting & Procurement Associate Director6+ years of experience within IT Software or Hardware categorie or clearinghouse services (claims processing, electronic data interchange, and payment solutions) 5+ years of experience of negotiating technology complex deals, developing and leading RFx projects, including use of eRFx tools or relevant sell -side negotiation experience.
