• 40 per visit (full time) or $35 per visit (part time)
• 100 Start of Care, $75 Resumption of Care, $60 Recertification

Weekly pay every Friday What you'll enjoy Health and dental coverage Paid holidays and PTO Stay Pay, a $100 bonus for each year of service Paid mileage or company vehicle 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Short and long-term disability Recognition program with monthly prizes (Full-time benefits; part-time eligible for medical coverage and mileage reimbursement) What you'll do Provide skilled home-based nursing care to patients managing behavioral health conditions alongside their physical health needs Complete assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team and physician Educate patients and families on medication management, safety planning, and coping strategies Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support the whole person Recognize and respond appropriately to behavioral health crises in the home setting What we're looking for Active RN license in Oklahoma Previous behavioral health nursing experience required Home health experience preferred CPR certification Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and genuine compassion for patients facing complex needs If you're ready to bring your behavioral health expertise into a home setting where you can truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
