Indianapolis, IN & surrounding areas (up to 50 miles from your home address)

Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license and minimum of 2 or more years of LTC Nursing Home Experience
- Demonstrated commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence)
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of your home
