Corporate ParalegalA leading New England law firm is seeking a corporate paralegal for its Boston or Providence office. The firm is looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience to support a sophisticated corporate and business group across a wide range of transactions.Responsibilities include drafting ancillary transaction documents such as resolutions, certificates, and governance filings; coordinating diligence activities and managing virtual data rooms; preparing and maintaining transaction timetables and checklists; handling UCC searches and financing statement filings; preparing and filing annual reports and compliance filings with federal, state, and local agencies; maintaining corporate minute books and stock ledgers; and assisting with all aspects of transaction closings.Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience), along with strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keen attention to detail are essential.Salary range: $90,000–$120,000, depending on education, experience, and location.
