Bilingual Pay: Additional $1.00 per hour for verified Spanish bilingual candidates
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday with rotating/assigned Saturday coverage

You will have the opportunity to build relationships with members, solve complex problems, and use a consultative approach to recommend products and services that fit their financial needs. What You'll Do
- Assist members with questions regarding accounts, payments, transfers, loans, account openings, and digital banking
- Resolve member concerns with a strong focus on first-call resolution
- Build relationships and identify opportunities to recommend helpful products and services
- Assist members with applications and successful adoption of products and services
- Complete outbound follow-up calls and document all interactions
- Navigate multiple systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Follow established procedures, regulations, and fraud-prevention standards
- Support additional communication channels as you gain experience, including chat, text, and video
- Strong customer service experience is required
- Sales or consultative selling experience is strongly preferred
- Contact center, banking, credit union, or other financial services experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling longer, more detailed customer conversations
- Strong computer and multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tabs
- Stable work history and professional communication skills
- Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly preferred, but bilingual skills are not required
- $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience
- Additional $1.00 per hour for verified Spanish bilingual candidates
