Front Desk Agent

Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting guest with check in/out, solving guest problems, running daily reports and providing exceptional customer service.

Manage PMS (Property Management System), phones and in-person room reservations.
Welcome guests, check-in/check-out guests, assists billing, Describe hotel amenities and local attractions to guests.
Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs.
Balancing the accounts from day shift and running nightly report
Managing front desk activity, such as answering phones handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference.
Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly.
Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments.
