Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to join our Avondale, OH (45229) Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Hourly, Rehab Director Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
- New Hourly Rates! $34-37/hr *Offer Based on Experience and Qualifying Interview
- Part-Time, 29 Hours or Less Per Week. Flexible Schedule! We can consider a 4-Day Week.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a (PTA or COTA)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
