About the Position: Second-level Food Services position accountable for preparation and cooking of more complex menu items under general supervision. Follows standard kitchen procedures and sanitation guidelines. Prepares food trays with proper amounts of food for individuals with specific dietary needs. Participates in and may also assist in supervising the cleaning of the kitchen and food serving areas. Serves in food lines, stocks foods, and requisitions basic food and supply items.This position is within Bldg. 31/B
What you'll need to be Successful: Successful candidates must have a good attitude, be ready and willing to learn and grow, have strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 1-2 years of work experience. May require SafeServe Certification.
