Physical Therapist – Work-Life Balance | 1:1 Mentorship | ~60 Visits/Week

• True Work-Life Balance:  We design schedules so you can stay caught up on documentation during the day, supported by natural breaks and an AI‑assisted scribe. Several therapists haven’t taken notes home in years because the system is built to prevent burnout. When you take time off, we handle coverage as a team so you can fully disconnect.
• Reasonable Productivity:  Our expectation is around 60 visits per week—enough to stay engaged without sacrificing quality or personal time. You’ll also meet regularly with the Clinical Director for individualized feedback and support.
• Structured Weekly Mentorship : Every therapist receives a protected 40‑minute one‑on‑one mentorship session each week with our Clinical Director (12+ years of experience). New grads also work side‑by‑side with leadership for their first six months to build confidence and clinical reasoning.
• Included COMT Training : We provide our full in‑house Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) program—an investment of over $3,000—at no cost. You’ll develop advanced manual skills, stronger diagnostic reasoning, and greater clinical confidence.
• Continuity of Care + Advanced Tools : You evaluate and treat your own patients throughout their plan of care, allowing deeper relationships and better outcomes. Clinicians also have access to Class IV laser therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and RunDNA gait analysis to support individualized, evidence‑based treatment.
• Clear Career Growth Path : Whether you want to become a clinical leader or focus on clinical mastery, we support your goals. Our internal pathway includes Staff PT → Team Leader → Clinical Director → Equity Partner.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license eligible)
• Strong communication skills
