Facilities TechnicianA client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Technician. Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12 months Location: Palm Bay, FL 32905 (Onsite/1st shift/Mon-Fri) As a Facilities Technician you will:This Facilities Tech D will provide support as a skilled technician (replacement).Requires 10-20 years' HVAC experience, requires basic mastery of HVAC elements. This Tech D will coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to accommodate all program requirements.You must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle to travel to all 5 sites in Brevard.Will be on call for Program critical equipment issues.Support HVAC requests for repairs/replacement of 3.5M SF in 76 buildings spread across 5 locations.Use tracking software to ensure components are accurately installed, tracked, etc.Interface with all levels of the organization to report on HVAC issues/repairs/replacements.Ideal Candidate will have:6-8 years' experience in HVAC certified Refrigerant Mechanic.Role is customer focused; metric driven and has an expectation of timely completion and close out of Work Orders.Will work in a diverse and changing environment supporting many internal and external customers simultaneously.Valid driver's License.Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Self-starter with good written and verbal communications skills.Microsoft Suite basic skillsBasic computer skillsQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.Please hit APPLY to provide the required information, and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.
