Operations Specialist

Job Summary At WM, the Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues. Maintains and distributes department--related information on a daily basis. Communicates with other supervisors and managers about operational issues. Maintains the office and serves as proxy for KRONOS for daily updates for drivers and helpers. Uses Microsoft Suite and additional software tools to manage a variety of daily tasks such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor. Assists with processing payments and other financial tasks as necessary. Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed. Communicates with customers about service issues as needed. Communicates with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (accredited). No prior work experience required. Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located. Physical Requirements Office: The job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Salary Expected base pay range: $24.44. The salary may vary based on experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
