Logistics Customer Service Rep
Logistics Customer Service Representative (Order Processing) Location: Flowery Branch, GA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Pay: $20/hour Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Not Remote) We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Representative to support order processing, customer service, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders accurately.
- Provide order status, delivery updates, and freight information.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely shipments.
- Create invoices, shipping documents, and freight quotes.
- Process returns, credits, and freight claims.
- Maintain accurate customer and inventory records.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Support inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, order processing, billing, or a related field.
- Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual (Spanish or French) preferred.
