ABA Therapist

Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team of caring professionals. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our center-based, in-home, and community-based settings. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral therapy to children with ASD using the principles of ABA Implement individualized treatment plans and modify strategies as needed Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate records and data collection Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Benefits Competitive compensation up to $24/hr Earned paid time off, medical, dental, and vision for staff working at least 30 hours per week Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week) In-Home clients all throughout the general Columbus and surrounding areas including: Grove City, Obetz, Canal Winchester, Blacklick, & more!
